Silvia Luk is the Commercial Director of our company. She oversees our tax department and the company's quality control functions. She has more than 20 years of experience in auditing, tax advisory, and accounting. In addition, she specializes in due diligence and internal control reviews. Silvia is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Andy is a Senior Audit Manager with 20 years of experience in auditing, specializing in listed companies, Fortune 500 group companies, Hong Kong IPOs, and internal control reviews for multinational corporations across Hong Kong and China. He has also led professional audit teams in Mainland China for over 10 years. Andy is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.

Ray To is a Senior Manager of our audit team. He has over 10 years of experience in auditing. In addition, he also has concrete experience in handling accounting and other business process outsourcing services for clients in Hong Kong and China. Ray is a member of HKICPA. He is a graduate of Lingnan University in Hong Kong.

May Tung is a Tax Manager with extensive experience in Hong Kong taxation. She assists local and multinational clients across a range of industries with managing their tax compliance obligations and navigating complex tax matters. Her areas of expertise include profits tax, salaries tax, tax advisory, tax audits and investigations, and tax risk management. She is committed to building trusted client relationships by providing practical advice, responsive service, and high-quality technical support.

Helen has over 10 years of experience in the field of client accounting. Working with her teams in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, she serves overseas investors by assisting them with professional support in accounting, payment and payroll/ human resources administration in a timely and professional manner.

Charles is a practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and holds a Bachelor's degree. Before joining CW, he spent over 15 years in senior roles at leading CPA firms in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He specializes in auditing, business advisory, and consulting, with extensive expertise in taxation, accounting regulations, and international auditing standards in both jurisdictions.

Lily Xiang is an ACCA member and Certified Tax Adviser with 20 years of experience in finance and taxation for foreign-invested enterprises. She specializes in cross-border tax and financial compliance, end-to-end finance and tax services for foreign companies, and international accounting coordination. As a Project Manager, Lily leads project delivery and team management for the company’s domestic and cross-border finance and tax service line, as well as its Hong Kong accounting services.

Laura Luo is our Senior Advisor of Audit and Consulting services. She is responsible for mainland China and Hong Kong annual statutory audit, IFRS audit, internal control audit, and corporate and advisory services. She is a graduate of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and she obtained the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in 2010. Before joining CW, she worked for a leading law firm located in South China and had extensive experience in foreign direct investments, corporate governance and due diligence.

Toby Wong‘s experience lies in supporting Spanish, French and Italian multinationals operating in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Toby focuses on developing tailor-made solutions to meet clients’ corporate and financial requirements. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance with a minor in European Studies from the University of Hong Kong. He is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and is learning French.

International Focus
Delilah Li is responsible for CW CPA's international business development and supports clients in designing and implementing business operations in China. A native Mandarin speaker, she is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Delilah holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master's degree in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from the City University of Hong Kong.

Victor Herrera is a qualified accountant in Mexico. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English and can communicate at an intermediate level in Chinese. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA degree with a Focus on China Business from Chongqing University.

David Barriga serves as CW CPA’s Latin America Representative, connecting Latin American businesses with opportunities across China and Asia. With extensive experience in international trade, investment, and Asian markets, he supports companies seeking to expand their cross-border operations and establish a strong presence in the region.

Sisi He is a Senior Consultant at the CW Germany Desk, bringing extensive experience in delivering end-to-end services for foreign enterprises establishing and expanding their presence in China. With a strong focus on the German market, she supports clients throughout the entire market entry journey, from strategic planning to execution. Her expertise spans marketing, business development, project implementation, and client relationship management, helping German companies successfully navigate the Chinese market and achieve sustainable growth.

He is the founder of ELP Business Advisory Ltd. and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Alex has over 16 years of IT experience, specializing in software development, business analysis, and IT project management. He is a full-time College Lecturer at HKU SPACE and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science from Imperial College London and an MBA from the University of Sydney.
