Elton possesses vast professional and business experience at international level.

After graduating from the Faculty of Accountancy at The Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1979, he embarked on his professional career at Arthur Andersen & Co. (a former Big Eight Firm).

From 1986 to 2003, Elton worked in senior management positions at major multinational corporations, most recently as General Manager (CEO) of JT International (China) Ltd.—the successor company of RJR Nabisco China Ltd.—in Hong Kong. During this period, he completed the Corporate Financial Management Programme at the University of Michigan (USA). In 2003, he founded ELP Business Advisory Ltd. and is the President thereof, advising on direct investment, M&A, IPO restructuring, and providing finance and business consulting services as well as litigation support.

Elton served as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of dormakaba Holding AG, a multinational company listed in Zurich from 2010 to 2018. He also served as a non-executive member of the Boards of Directors of Wah Yuet Group Companies operating in China/Hong Kong during the period 2006 to 2017. In addition, he is the Vice Chairman of Centurylink International Investment Ltd.

Elton is a fellow member of the following professional associations: the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FCPA Practising), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom (FCCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).

Alex Kwan

Alex has over 16 years of working experience in the IT industry. He has a broad exposure to many different areas of IT, including software development, business analysis, data centre management, strategic technological infrastructure planning, etc. He had been involved in many challenging projects, both local as well as regional, and has gained in-depth understanding and experiences in IT project management.

Alex has worked with global companies, government departments as well as international IT vendor. Since 1998, Alex has developed a keen interest in education, starting with part-time teaching for Open University, leading eventually to a full-time teaching role with HKU SPACE. Alex is currently a full-time College Lecturer at HKU SPACE, and has been involved in teaching for Master and Bachelor degree courses for overseas universities, and local Associate Degree as well as Higher Diploma courses.

Alex obtained his Bachelor degree (Eng) in Computing Science at Imperial College, University of London, U.K.; and his Master degree in Business Administration in Sydney University, Australia.
