Rosanna Choi is a founding partner of CW CPA. She is in charge of CW CPA’s Audit and Assurance, China Consulting and Tax Advisory services. She chairs the firm’s Technical Committee and IT Committee to improve efficiency by enhancing staff skills and promoting the effective use of information technology.

Rosanna is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”) and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”). She has served on the committee of the ACCA Hong Kong since 2002 and was the Chairman thereof for 2010/2011. She served on the ACCA Council (global) from 2011/12 to 2019/20, and was the Vice Chairman of its Resource Oversight Committee for 2012/2013. She served as the Chairperson of ACCA’s Global Forum for SMEs from 2013 to 2022.

Rosanna is an executive committee member of Social Ventures Hong Kong. She was a director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited (“HKCMCL”) and the Chairperson of its Audit Committee from June 2012 to March 2018. In 2013, the prestigious Directors of the Year Award was bestowed upon her and the other directors of HKCMCL by The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. She is also an audit committee member of Urban Renewal Authority. Appointed by the Hong Kong Government, she was a member of its Business Facilitation Advisory Committee from 2014 to 2020, and a member of Board of Inland Revenue from September 2015 to September 2021. She was also a council member of the Hong Kong Baptist University (“HKBU”) from 2011 to 2016, and the Deputy Chairperson of its Finance Committee from 2013 to 2016. As from 1 January 2018, she has been reappointed as a council member of HKBU and the Honorary Treasurer of HKBU Council and Court. She is also a director of HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited and the chairperson of its Finance Committee.

Rosanna holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Master’s degree in Information System Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
